Our enterprise culture always steps with the time. We are an up-and-up organization, honest and always keep our words; pioneering and creational; strict to our work but with broaden minds; cooperative but work divided. We have been studying and practicing to improve our moral culture, administration culture, quality culture and learning culture.


Moral culture: Taking credit and individuality at its core, our company is doing its best to benefit its shareholders, staff, customers and the whole society. We are aware that we shall mutually coordinate with our surrounding environments and shoulder social responsibility, thus to reciprocate the society at a large extend and to realize a richer life standard. We are still trying to promote the public welfare and share our honor with the whole society by co-existence. In 2005, the Shunde government held a philanthropic 10,000-people-walking campaign. Our company actively organized over 150 people to take part in this activity. Moreover, we successful ran a movement called “Show your love to charity-whip-round”, which gained trusts and praises from the government. Still, we often conduct different items of professional skills competitions and entertainment activities, which enrich and colorized our workers’ extracurricular life.


Administration culture: With more the 15 years’ enterprise administration experience, our chief manager is very strict with our work. In our company, every administrator must pass a professional training. We bear in mind that the ability of the administrator has great impact on the efficiency of our business. Therefore, we would send our managers to some professional trainings, lectures and discussions every year. Still, we have a very strict examination system, which enables us to improve our levels at all aspects.


Quality culture: When pursuing high-grade quality, we unremittingly enhance our communication and education standard in order to fully achieve our customers’ demands. Besides, we would provide our customers with a happy environment with our sincere smiles. In our Client Service Department, we get our OPINION QUESTIONNAIRE and marketing demands from our customers at a regular time. All these data would be followed by the Technology Department from then on. We wouldn’t ease any
part in the quality. We deeply understand that the benefit of our customers is ours. We always keep up with our words: CUSTOMER FIRST!


Learning culture: In our company, everyone needs to learn from time to time. We are trying to establish a learning-style company so that we could continually promote our ability so as to adapt to every possible change in the future. We share with our staff that it is never too old to learn. In the process to learn, we have a concept of group learning and organized learning. We would organize our staff to learn new knowledge, including new technique and new concept. In this way, we could manage to face any challenge or international competition in the future. On our way to future competition, we are doing our best to take our strong points to make up for our weak points.


Customer culture: In our Client Service Department, collecting, analyzing, and cleaning up of the customers questionnaires are busily going through. We would take our customer’s benefit at the first place. Our goal is to serve our customer with high satisfaction and priority.


Innovation culture: We create now products as well as new technology. We also take great effort to create a more flexible system, mechanism, structure and culture as well as our own mind and concept!
